In practice that means a short list of homes, each one known to us in detail. We prepare the property, hand over the keys, answer the phone and deal with anything that needs fixing. Guests speak to the same small team before, during and after their stay.

We keep three promises, and they are the reason most of our bookings come from people who have stayed with us before or been recommended by someone who has.
- The home you book is the home you get. Same property, same rooms, the same photographs as the page you booked from.
- The rate we quote is the rate you pay. No booking fee, no service charge and no last-minute addition to the price.
- Someone is reachable. A phone number that works and a person who knows the property, during your stay as well as before it.
