A furnished base while life is in transit
Sometimes a few nights is not the answer. Moving house, working away for a season, waiting for a completion date or supporting family for a period all need a furnished home that behaves like a home rather than a hotel room.
We take these bookings directly because they need a conversation: how long, how many people, and what has to work on the ground. Longer stays are usually quieter on the calendar and priced per week.
- Weekly and monthly rates quoted on request
- Bills, Wi-Fi and council charges included in the rate
- Washer-dryer or laundry access in every property
- A desk or table suitable for working from the home
- Rolling extensions agreed in writing while you are staying

Living in one of our homes for a month
Longer stays are less about holiday comfort and more about routine. We furnish for that: somewhere to work, somewhere to cook, enough storage to unpack properly and a laundry you do not have to leave the building for.
- Minimum one week for temporary accommodation bookings
- Extensions agreed in writing before the current period ends
- Regular housekeeping available on longer bookings if you want it
- Quiet hours and building rules explained before you commit

About this type of stay
What is the shortest temporary let?
One week. Below that we quote the nightly rate on the relevant home page. Longer bookings are priced per week and are often lower per night than a weekend stay.
Are bills included in the weekly rate?
Yes — utilities, Wi-Fi and council charges are included, and we tell you in writing what is and is not covered before you commit. There is no separate service charge.
Can we extend while we are staying?
Usually, if no one else is booked into the property. We confirm each extension in writing before your current period ends so you are never left uncertain about the following week.
Do you take bookings for companies?
Yes. We can quote for colleagues travelling together, send the paperwork to a company address and invoice on the terms agreed in the booking. Ask us for a written quote.
Ready to check dates?
Send the home you are interested in together with your arrival and departure dates and we will confirm availability and the rate.
