Where our homes are

Our properties sit in selected locations in the European Union — a mix of towns, cities and coastal areas. Rather than publish a list of destinations we cannot always serve, we match your dates to the homes that are genuinely available.

Practical information

What we tell every guest about the area

Arriving and parking

Where a home has a space, a permit or unrestricted street parking, it is noted on the property entry. If parking is limited we say so before you book rather than after.

Getting around

We describe, in writing, what is within walking distance of each home — shops, transport stops and any local market — so you can judge the location before you commit.

Local rules that affect your stay

Some towns restrict short lets in certain buildings or set quiet hours. Where a rule applies to one of our homes, it is written into the property notes and the booking terms.

What to expect on arrival

You receive the full address and arrival instructions once the balance is settled, along with a contact number for the day you travel.

Not sure which location suits your dates?

Tell us what you want from the stay — a city within walking distance, a quiet garden, or space for six — and we will point you at the homes that fit.
