Cookies on this website
What cookies this site uses, what each one does, and how to change the choices you have already made.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember your choices between pages, and they help the people running the site understand which pages are being used.
2. The categories we use
| Category | What it does | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice itself. Without these the site cannot function properly. | No |
| Functional | Supports features that make the site more useful, such as loading the web fonts used on the pages and remembering preferences you set. | Yes |
| Analytics | Would allow us to count visits and see which pages are read. We only set these if you accept them. | Yes |
| Marketing | Used to show relevant advertising on other sites. We do not set this category on this website. | Yes |
3. Your choice
When you first visit, the cookie banner asks whether you accept the optional categories. You can accept all of them, keep only the necessary ones, or choose by category. Your choice is remembered so you are not asked again on every page.
4. Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time by reopening the cookie settings from the banner link at the bottom of any page. You can also delete cookies already stored by your browser in its settings, and set your browser to block cookies from this site altogether. Blocking the necessary category may stop parts of the site working.
5. Third parties
Some cookies are placed when a feature loads content from another provider, for example the map shown on our contact page. Those providers have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we link to where relevant.
6. More information
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information generally. If you have a question about cookies on this site, write to info@bernard-property.uk.
