2. Using the site

You may browse the site and use the enquiry forms for their intended purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, submit misleading enquiries, copy content for commercial use, or use automated tools to extract listings or images.

3. Information on the site

We describe each property carefully and in good faith, including its facilities and the rate it starts from. Rates, availability and property details can change; the terms confirmed in your booking confirmation are the ones that apply to your stay. Rates shown on this site are starting rates in pounds sterling and are not an offer capable of acceptance without written confirmation from us.

4. Bookings, cancellations and refunds

All bookings are subject to our booking terms, which include the deposit arrangements, the notice periods that apply if you cancel, and when a refund is made. Please read them before paying a deposit. If you need the cancellation terms in a different format, ask us and we will provide them.
